Contact forms

CycleSafe collects personal information when you submit one of our contact forms.

The possible data that you the user would give us is your company name, your name, email, phone, project name, business type, and address. We use this information to fill out a profile in Act! marketing and advertising, our contact database and if you chose to subscribe to our newsletter, send out marketing information. You may choose to unsubscribe from our subscription at any time, and redact your contact information from our database if you so wish.

By subscribing to the CycleSafe newsletter, you have granted permission for CycleSafe to send you information on new products and services. CycleSafe does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties and maintains privacy of internal data collection. Any information provided to links referenced on our site do not apply to this privacy statement, nor do we share information with any referenced link. CycleSafe uses SwiftPage to send email newsletters. Please see the SwiftPage privacy policy.

Ecommerce

The CycleSafe website uses the WooCommerce ecommerce platform. To fulfill purchases, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Financial transactions for CycleSafe online purchases are completed on the PayPal website. Please see the PayPal privacy policy.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

If you make a purchase from CycleSafe directly off our website, our payment feature is powered by PayPal. Please see the PayPal privacy policy. Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your experience throughout this website. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

Our Act! contact database is used by CycleSafe employees for only business purposes.

We only disclose your personal information to another person or organization where we:

  • need to share the information you provide a product or service you have requested.
  • need to share the information to persons or organizations that work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you. Where such a person or organization
  • does work on our behalf we will ensure that they are contractually required to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
